Casino War

Casino War is an adaptation of a simple children's card game. The player and the dealer are both dealt a single card. If the player's card is higher than the dealer's card, the player wins. If the dealer's card is higher, the player loses. If the player and the dealer's cards are the same (ignoring suits), the player may choose to either fold or go to war. If the player folds, he loses half of his ante. If the player goes to war, he must match his ante, then the player and the dealer are each dealt an additional card. If the player wins the war, he receives even money on his second ante, and what amounts to a push on his initial ante. If the dealer wins, he keeps everything. The player can also, on any bet, choose a war side bet. This bet pays 10 to 1 odds if the player and the dealer are dealt the same card.
