Roulette

Roulette was invented in the 18th century in France, and is the most popular casino game in Europe. There are 36 pockets that alternate red and black as well as either one or two green pockets numbered 0 and 00. The player can place an inside bet on a single number, or split between adjacent numbers. He may also make an outside bet on Red, Black, Even, Odd, or groups of numbers such as 1st 12. A marble is spun around the roulette wheel and falls into one of the numbered pockets on the wheel. If the player has placed a bet on that number, he wins the bet and receives a payout.
