Video Poker is an increasingly popular electronic game that is usually grouped with the slot machines on the casino floor. Unlike slot machines, which require no skill or strategy, video poker is a game of skill which requires the player to make choices concerning which cards to hold. Popular flavors of video poker include Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Bonus Poker, Double Bonus Poker and Super Aces. In all of these games, the player will receive a payout for a good hand, and if the player has a very good hand can receive a much larger payout, or in some cases a progressive jackpot. Some versions of video poker allow the player to play a number of hands at the same time.
